Firstly, select the task(s) in the tasks list that you wish to change priority for.

Click on 'More Actions...'.

Select an option under 'Prioritize'... in the dropdown.

Alternatively, use one of the keyboard shortcuts: 1, 2, 3, and 4 (set the priorities to 1, 2, 3, and none respectively).

The selected task(s) will change priority.

The status box gives the opportunity to undo the priority change.
